This page covers how I look after your information, and what you can expect when you buy something from me or sign up for anything free. I've tried to write it like a human rather than a law firm.
I'm Lee Oura — Founder & CEA (Creative Executive Artist) — and I run Leading Legacies of Unapologetic Artistry, registered in Denmark under CVR 45397424.
1. What's covered here
Everything I offer:

2. What I collect, and why
When you sign up, message me, or buy something, I may collect:
✷ Your name and email, which you give me through a form on my site ✷ Billing and payment details, handled entirely by Stripe — I never see or store your card ✷ Messages you send me — Instagram DMs, emails, replies to my newsletters ✷ Anything you volunteer in a feedback form or a testimonial ✷ What you share with me during a mentorship, clearing or workshop ✷ Basic website analytics from Squarespace
I use it to deliver what you asked for, stay in touch, support you, and keep my accounts straight. That's it.
I never sell your information, and I never hand it to anyone else for their marketing.
You can unsubscribe from emails any time using the link at the bottom of any message. That won't affect anything you've paid for.
3. Where it lives
Squarespace (my website and my email campaigns), Stripe (payments), and ManyChat (Instagram messages). Some of these process data outside the EU, with the safeguards required under EU law.
How long I keep it: newsletter signups until you unsubscribe. Sales records for five years, because Danish bookkeeping law says so. Everything else for as long as it's useful — and gone whenever you ask.
4. What you share with me stays with you
What comes up in a mentorship, a clearing, or a workshop is between us. I don't repeat it and I don't use it as an example.
If you send me kind words, I'll always ask before using them anywhere — and I'll ask how you'd like to be named. Full name, first name, profession, or completely anonymous, your call. You can change your mind later and I'll take it down.
5. Your rights over your data
Under GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it — and you can withdraw consent whenever you like.

If you're ever unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can go to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
6. Cookies
Squarespace uses cookies for the site to work and for basic analytics. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner when you arrive, or in your browser settings.
7. Paying, and getting what you bought
Payments go through Stripe. Prices include VAT where it applies. By buying, you're confirming you're over 18 and that the card is yours to use.
✷ Digital products arrive by email or download link, usually straight away ✷ Personal clearings arrive as agreed, normally as a recording by email ✷ Mentorship starts on the date we agree ✷ Workshops — joining details come by email beforehand
Everything I make is for you personally. Please don't share, resell or redistribute it.
If something doesn't arrive or won't open, email me and I'll fix it.
8. Refunds & cancellations
Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or a service has begun, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
T-shirts and printed items are the exception. These are made and shipped by my print partner, Printful. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact me within 30 days and I'll have it replaced at no cost to you.
However: If you’re feeling unsure about a purchase, believe a purchase was made in error, if you have trouble receiving your product, or if something simply isn't living up to what you expected — please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. I'll always do my best to help resolve the situation and find solutions that feels right for both of us.
Any question about cancelling or refunding goes through the Cancellations & refunds form in the footer — and will be handled with love ✷
If something turns out to be faulty or not as described, your rights under Danish law apply regardless of anything on this page.
9. What's mine
Everything on this site — the words, the images, the designs, and especially the audio recordings — belongs to Leading Legacies of Unapologetic Artistry. Buying something gives you a personal licence to use it, not permission to copy or share it.
10. Please read this one properly
My work supports personal growth, creative expression and energetic wellbeing. That's what it's for.
It is not medical treatment, therapy, psychiatric care or a diagnosis, and it isn't a substitute for any of those. I'm not a doctor, psychologist or licensed therapist, and nothing I offer is medical or psychological advice.
If you're dealing with something in your body or your mind, please work with a qualified professional. What I do can sit alongside that — it can't replace it. And please never stop or change a prescribed treatment because of something I've said.
If you're in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out for real support right now — your doctor, your local emergency number, or in Denmark, Livslinien on 70 201 201.
What you choose to do with anything you learn through my work is yours to decide.
11. Liability
I take real care with your information and with what I offer. That said, and as far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using this site, my products or my services. Nothing here limits anything that can't legally be limited.
12. If we can't sort it out
Email me first — honestly, almost everything gets solved in one message. ;)
If it can't be, you can take it to Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager at Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk). Danish law applies, and you keep whatever protections your own country gives you as a consumer.
13. Updates
I'll update this page as things grow. The current version is always here with the date at the top, and if I change something important about an offer you've already bought, I'll email you.
