This page explains how I (Lee Oura / @lee.oura.divine) collect, use, and protect your information when you sign up for my newsletter, join my Telegram Broadcast Community or purchase any of my digital offerings such as Energetic Clearings.

1. Purpose

By subscribing to my email list, joining the Telegram community or purchasing a product from my website, you agree to receive inspirational content, updates, and occasional promotional messages related to my work, offerings, and events.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer of any message.

2. Information I Collect

When you sign up or make a purchase, I may collect:

✷ Your name & email address, which you voluntarily provide through my website forms.

✷ Your billing and payment details, processed securely by Stripe (I do not have access to or store your card information)

3. How Your Information Is Used

Your email address is used to:

✷ Deliver your purchased digital products via email

✷ Send newsletters, updates, or special offers related to my work.

✷ Provide access to the Telegram Broadcast Community (via a confirmation page and a welcome email with the link).

✷ Maintain sales records for accounting and legal compliance

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Processing

Emails and subscriber data are stored via Mailchimp & Squarespace, and payments are processed securely via Stripe. Both comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Mailchimp may process data in the U.S., and appropriate safeguards are in place through the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Squarespace provides the website platform and may collect standard analytics data and cookies to improve your experience.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

✷ Withdraw your consent at any time

✷ Request details about how your data is processed

7. Purchases & Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe, which handles your payment information securely.
I do not have access to or store your full payment details.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

8. Delivery of Digital Products

All Energetic Clearings and other digital offerings are delivered via download link sent by email shortly after purchase.
Please ensure that your email address is correct at checkout.

All digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If you believe a purchase was made in error or have trouble receiving your product, please contact me directly — I’ll always do my best to help resolve it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, and especially audio recordings of Energetic Clearings — is the intellectual property of Lee Oura.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any material without written consent.

11. Disclaimer

Energetic Clearings and other offerings are intended for personal growth and energetic well-being.
You agree, that you have the full and complete responsibility for what you choose to do with the information that Lee Oura provides.
