Everywhere you went and in whatever you were doing, someone else always ‘knew better than you’, someone else always ‘had more authority than you’, saying “this is how you write an essay correctly” and “this is the best way to do it if you want xyz outcome”.
And because you never tried to not do what the teacher or the boss or whoever, told you, your nervous system is now f-ing scared to take a step if there’s no one confirming to you that what you are doing is right.
It may sound like a harsh truth.. it may feel like you’re finally seen and understood.
But you’re not forever stuck or lost or incapable!
You simply need the right tools and the right people around you to help you break the loops of mental overload, overthinking and fear and reclaim the confidence and trust that is inherent in you!

I used to be suuuuper afraid of making the wrong choice.
So much that I avoided even deciding.
This, however, led to an existence of minimal momentum, lots of doubt and anxiety, sleepless nights, many hours of thinking, feeling hopeless and only dreaming about living a life that would excite me..
Not deciding kept me at a stand still. I wasn’t living, I was holding back and questioning every little action:
“Is this aligned with my intuition?? What does my intuition even sound like??”
“Do I want to do this now? Should I do this now?? What if something else shows up that I’d rather want to do??”
“Shall I go to the supermarket or shall I eat first??”
“What if I’ll miss out on something thats very important for my future??”
“Is it the right timing?”
Where there is movement there is life. No movement = no life.
I reached a point where I’d been holding still for so long that I had suicidal thoughts. This is where movement is life becomes super clear.
And it shocked me. I never imagined I would consider suicide.
It also became a turning point.
I knew what I wanted to do.
I knew I wanted to travel. I knew I wanted to start a business where I’d be able to help and inspire others to enhance their own lives with holistic tools and approaches.
I knew I wanted to feel happy and joyful and excited about my life. Dancing, connecting, creating.
But I didn’t know what to do or where to start, and the fear of taking a wrong step was so dominant that I didn’t even dare to try.
Finding tools and practices to support my nervous system, frequently upgrading my energetic frequency through Clearings and investing in a personal mentor who could help me rise up and above the self sabotage and self doubt, was what catalysed me out of stuck-ness and back into flow.
The benefits of having someone outside of my own brain to witness me and help me identify + mirror back to me when my mind went nuts was absolutely invaluable!
We humans we need each other! It can be goddamned difficult to recognise our own blindspots and transform them by ourselves.
This is why I‘ve decided to create and offer the Life Mastery Mentorship Program - because I want to be able to give the same kind of value and support that I personally received when I needed it the most.
I’ve stepped into consistent momentum, flow and everyday satisfaction by now, and I’ve actualised heaps of the dreams from my notebooks:
I’m full time travelling, I’m the Founder & CEA of my own umbrella brand (aka successful business owner, as I dreamt of!), I inspire hundreds of people in cyberspace and in the communities I visit, I perform and express freely.
I go to bed every night feeling fulfilled and grateful. I sleep peacefully. And I wake up every morning feeling excited for the day!
My mind is no longer racing - and if it is, which occasionally happens - I’m able to switch it off and keep moving.
